What we treat

We work with individuals, couples, and children and adolescents — across telehealth in Washington. Whatever you’re navigating, we’ll match you with the therapist best suited to help.

Individual therapy

One-on-one sessions for adults working through whatever is getting in the way of living the life they want. We don’t prescribe a framework — we match you with a therapist whose approach fits your specific situation.

Common areas

  • Anxiety and panic
  • Depression and mood
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Life transitions (career, relationships, loss, identity)
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship issues
  • Self-esteem and identity
  • Stress and burnout
  • ADHD and neurodivergence
  • LGBTQ+ concerns

Relationship & couples counseling

For the people who matter to you. Every relationship has seasons — the good ones, the hard ones, and the ones where you’re not sure what comes next. We work with partners and chosen partnerships of all kinds, at every stage, on the things that strain connection and the things that strengthen it.

Whether you’re navigating conflict, change, or simply want to understand each other more deeply, we’ll match you with a therapist who fits how your relationship actually works.

Common areas

  • Communication breakdown
  • Conflict and repair
  • Trust and infidelity
  • Intimacy and connection
  • Life transitions (parenthood, relocation, career change)
  • Pre-marital counseling
  • Separation and divorce support

Children & teens

Kids and teens are navigating more than most adults realize — academic pressure, social dynamics, family transitions, identity, the weight of growing up in a complicated world. Sometimes they need someone outside the family to help them sort through it.

We’ll match your child with a therapist who knows how to meet them where they are — not where adults expect them to be. And we’ll match you with one too, because supporting a young person through hard things is its own kind of work.

*Note Parental involvement and the structure of sessions will vary by age and presenting concern. Your matched therapist will walk you through what to expect.

Common areas

  • Anxiety and worry
  • Depression and mood changes
  • Behavioral challenges
  • School-related stress
  • Family transitions (divorce, new siblings, relocation)
  • Grief and loss
  • Autism spectrum and neurodivergence
  • Trauma
  • Identity and self-esteem

Telehealth

All of our services are delivered via telehealth — no commute, no waiting room, and no need to carve out half a day for an appointment.

It also means we can match you with the right therapist regardless of where you are in Washington — not just whoever happens to be nearby.
